Crossfit Games

Crossfit Games are a international Crossfit competition. They are devided into three parts: Open, Regionals and Games. Open is a open online competition. Everybody over 14 can participate even though you‘er not a part of a affiliate. In open you get five weeks top 10 from each state goes to reagionals. The world devided into 17 “states“. In regionals the compitition gets real. It stands over three days and the competitors have to be ready for anything. Then the three highest men and women get into games where is searched for “fittest on earth“. Iceland has had very strong competitors last few years. Our people have won many titles lika the “fittest on earth“ title. Crossfit games is clearly the Crossfitters harvest and it‘s celebrated all over the world. It is also a possibility to compete i a team. Six people make one team, three men and three women. Each and everyone takes an open wod and the teams with the bbest times get trough to the regionals and the best there get into the games.
