Pre-workout

The concept of pre workout says itself. Pre workour means “before workout“. Pre workout is not illegal in Crossfit and many people use it before practice or competitions. The most common Pre-workout is Amino energy, C4 and Nocco. What pre workout does is it gives you extra energy to get through hard workouts and helps the muscles to recover.  Pre workout has increase side effects like kidney problems, anxiety and chest byrn byt as long as you take it in right svervings you are almost safe from these problems.
