Diet

Diet is very important for everyone, whether they are in sports or not. To get as much success as possible you need to have balance between diet and exercise. Healthy diet doesn’t have to be extreme, it’s best to be careful with sugar and fast food but  it’s okay to have for example one cheat day for a week, or however people want to have it.
Crossfitters think a lot about diet and it’s important to get enough protein from the meal. It’s different if people are trying to gain weight or losing weight, but there is different diet for each goal.

Macro diet

Macro diet is diet that has proved to be successful for crossfitters. In the macro diet you eat 50% calories, 20% protein and 20% fat. The macro diet is a lot like the diet that cavemen were in, in antiquity. Then people didn’t eat processed meat products. With this diet you will be able to collect muscles in a shorter period of time and become more energy-efficient.

Paleo diet

Paleo Diet can be compared to the cavemen were on, just like Macro diet. Paleo diet emphasizes on unprocessed meat products, vegetable, fruits, hollow fat, nuts and seeds.  Paleo recommends avoiding processed meat, corn, sugar, syrup, sugary drinks, sweets, trans fats, most dairy products and vegetable oils.
